Customer Service Agreement:
Needlehole.com who specialize in producing high-quality fashion apparels and accessories are committed to making on-line retail an enjoyable and simple experience.
This Customer Service Agreement is between Needlehole.com and you and to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.
Placing an Order:
Ordering on line is easy. You simply add the items you require in your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Cart whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your cart does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the My Cart button. Once you have found all the items you need and you click to go to the checkout to pay for your purchases, you will be asked to give us details of the billing and the shipping address.
Once you have reviewed your order finally and decide to go ahead with the purchase you will be transferred to PayPal secure server using SSL Technology. This is to ensure that you shop safely and securely and have peace of mind. Any information given by you on these secure pages, such as your credit card details, will not be available to any of us at the needlehole.com. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorized through PayPal. We also accept payments through Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank Wire Transfers.
Before clicking on the Place Order Now button on the ONE PAGE CHECKOUT page you must have read, understood and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.
Please note that any goods purchased on this web site must be for personal use only and must not under any circumstances be purchased for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.
Acceptance of Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.
All prices on our web site are quoted in United States Dollars.
Listing and Descriptions:
Needlehole makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, needlehole.com cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Needlehole currently accepts PayPal, Stripe, VISA, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB. All derivatives of these brands are also supported. American Express is currently not accepted.
Our merchant payment processors (2checkout.com, PayPal, Stripe etc) will charge your card for payment at the time that your order is placed.
In additional to credit and debit cards, we also accept payments through Wise.com, Payoneer.com, Bank Transfer in USA, UK, EU, AUSTRALIA, New Zealand, Norway including 44+ countries Wise.com, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank Wire Transfers.
needlehole.com use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical or pricing error, needlehole.com shall have the right to refuse to accept any order/s or cancel any contract/s to supply such product/s whether or not the order/s has/ve been confirmed and the credit card/s has/ve been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled for this reason needlehole.com shall issue a credit to that credit card in the amount of the incorrect price within 5 days of noticing the error.

Casual dresses, Printed/Lawn dresses, Tunics and dresses with light embellishments: 3 to 4 Weeks
Evening/Party Wear, Sarees, Anarkalis and Jilbabs: 4 to 5 Weeks
Special Occasions, Heavily embellished dresses, Heavy Sarees and Heavy Anarkalis: 5 to 6 Weeks
Wedding/Bridal Dresses: 7 to 8 Weeks
Simple Plain Sherwani: 3 to 4 Weeks
Sherwani with light embellishments on collar and cuff: 3 to 4 Weeks
Sherwani with heavy embellishments: 5 to 7 Weeks
Men’s Kurtas and shalwar kameez: 3 to 4 Weeks
Turbans: 3 to 4 weeks
Jewellery Sets: 4 to 6 WeeksMen’s Kurtas and shalwar kameez: 4 to 5 Weeks
These are only estimated time-frames and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on delivery time-frame before placing your order.

Express shipping service
We use FedEx and DHL to ship to virtually any address in the world between 3 – 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 15 to 60 days (depending on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workload and peak periods. Needlehole cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the “Cart” page, before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “Cart” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
When ordering goods from needlehole.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from needlehole.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or whatsapp. Needlehole will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our records. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders (custom color, style and sizes). If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we’ll offer you a free fix.
Returns Policy for other Items
At Needlehole, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
Cancelling an Order:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 48 hours then 2checkout the (2checkout, PayPal, Stripe etc) merchant payment processing charges will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then only the (2checkout, PayPal, Stripe etc) merchant payment processing charges will apply.
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
